We were living an exciting life, but all that changed when I was involved in a serious motor cycle accident. After being in a coma on life support for weeks, I was flown back to Australia to begin my full body rehabilitation. Because my left side from head to toe was partially paralysed, manoeuvring around in my wheel chair back in hospital was a real challenge. In my free time between daily physiotherapy sessions, I would wheel myself to the physiotherapy gym to use light free weights to help strengthen what upper right-hand side muscles I could. In April 2009 I became a Prince Alexandra Hospital outpatient (yay) and moved up to the Sushine Coast, Queensland, where I started doing my rehabilitation. I used to walk to Jetts Fitness (it was a long, tedious and challenging journey, but well worth it). Jetts provided me with a calm, friendly and positive environment. My Personal Training goal is to train, motivate and inspire as many people as I can to get the most out of their bodies. At the moment I am training hard to get my body in the best physical condition I can. With help from my bodybuilding coach my goal is to win the 2016 INBA QLD Championships in the standing physically challenged class, then move onto and win the Australian titles, Natural Universe and Mr Olympia bodybuilding competitions. I have BIG plans for my future bodybuilding career, and I'm hoping I can inspire followers to support me with my Bodybuilding goal in the standing physically challenged class. Please take care and stay safe. Life is short, make the most of it, while you can. "Respect life for what it is, a blessing!" Please enable JavaScript to view the comments powered by Disqus.
